Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us at support@voidrift.com with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing.
