Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@voidrift.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund process: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
